Almost every homeowner wants a perfect green, weed free lawn. They will spend a lot of money to achieve this perfect lawn!  The lawn & garden industry is a 90 billion dollar business. They will buy billions of pounds of fertilizers, lime, soil amendments, etc. and will buy trillions of gallons of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides etc. They will spread and spray all these chemicals on  billions of acres of turf to achieve this.

Even though there is now proven evidence that almost all these chemicals are dangerous to human and pets health.  Plus they pollute our streams and lakes.  They ignore these findings and continue to spread & spray!  Either they don’t know the facts, don’t believe the facts, or more than likely, just don’t care.  The proof is homeowners in droves are still signing up with the chemical lawn care services. America is just obsessed with their lawns!

1.They want fast results, and they want it now!
2.They don’t want to wait for results,
3.They don’t want excuses or explanations,
4.They want to come home and see a green weed free lawn! .
5.If there’s one weed in their lawn, they want it sprayed! and it better die in  an hour!
6.If they receive a lawn treatment at 9:00 a.m. by 3:00 p.m. there better   be an improvement!
7. If a brown spot occurs, it better be made green by the end of the week!
8. If they see a bug, they want it sprayed and killed!
9. If their lawn was just seeded, they want it up and growing within days!
10.They see their lawn with a posting sign on it (A treatment was just performed) warning to stay off the lawn for 24 hours, yet they let their children & pets play on the lawn!.

n & on it goes.  Homeowners are led to believe by their lawn care company, that Organics  do not work,  and you’ll have to wait for results. And they just don’t believe chemicals used on their lawns are not dangerous and that they’re safe (Why the posting sign law). It’s a fact that pesticides are showing up in our lakes and streams, our crops are saturated with them and almost all of us have family members, relatives, etc.. who has cancer or died from it.  All cancers are on the rise here in America.  We have the highest cancer rates in the world!

In Europe, they don’t use any of our lawn care chemicals, which they outlawed over 50 years ago! They only use organics. Recently, in Canada they outlawed all lawn care chemicals! As their cancer rates were rising.  They must use only organic lawn care products!

But. . . Ever so slowly homeowners are beginning to wake up!  Yes, they want a beautiful lawn, but not if it’s dangerous to their family or pets. Over my 35 years  I’ve seen a slow but steady trickle of homeowners sign up for my services,  but with  more information coming out, especially from the internet, people are finally waking up.  With more & more companies offering organic lawn care, homeowners are seeing in their developments, beautiful green organically treated lawns.  Organics do work!  Now that trickle is turning into a flood.  As I’ve said elsewhere on my website, all across America, Cities, town,  villages, etc. are banning both chemical fertilizers and pesticides. More & more organic companies are coming out offering advanced organic fertilizers and soil improver that when applied, are just as good or better than the chemical ones.

The first thing to do is sign up with an organic lawn care service, My service or another. So long as it is truly organic. When you do have a beautiful organic, green lawn, then tell all your neighbors, friends, relatives or co-workers. Get them to cancel their “chemical” lawn service and GO ORGANIC!
